    The Congress is open for poster presentations. Delegates are encouraged to submit their work for poster presentations.

    Posters will be displayed in a dedicated area ensuring that all who attend the conference have the opportunity to view them.

    Poster content
    Posters should address a range of topics related to basic and clinical aspects of neurodegeration/neuroregeneration.

    Poster guidelines
    Posters should be:

    • Brief and clearly organized.
    • Simple, with an obvious theme, and easy to read from two to four metres away.

    Poster dimensions
    All posters must fit into a 90cm x 120cm area.

    Boards will be provided for displaying posters. Tapes and tacks will be provided.

    Poster set up and removal
    Set up on Monday 3 March between 12:00 and 14:00. Remove on Friday 7 March by 14:00.

    Poster exhibition
    Posters will be displayed from Monday 3 March until Friday 7 March 2008.

    The poster exhibition is open to all conference delegates on:

    • Monday 3 March 2008: 15:00 – 18:00
    • Tuesday 4 March 2008: 08:00 – 18:00
    • Wednesday 5 March 2008: 08:00 – 18:00
    • Thursday 6 March 2008: 08:00 – 18:00
    • Friday 7 March 2008: 08:00 – 12:00

    Poster awards
    All posters will be evaluated on-site and the best posters will be awarded with a poster prize.

    Poster submissions should be e-mailed to office@ssnn.ro

    Posters can be submitted on-line until Friday 1 February 2008.
